General conditions

Reservation Conditions

Your personal data will only be stored for statistical purposes and in relation to your brochure request or reservation, and only for a reasonable period of time.

Camping Pitches

  1. After confirmation, please transfer 50% of the total amount to our bank account as a deposit (the account number will be provided in the confirmation).
  2. The remaining camping fee must be paid 14 days before arrival. You may also transfer the full amount to our account in advance.
  3. Your reservation is only valid after receipt of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Please read more below about cancellation insurance.
  4. The pitch will remain reserved for you until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you have not arrived by then and have not informed us otherwise, the reservation and deposit will be forfeited.
  5. Failure to comply with the campsite rules or misconduct may result in your removal from the campsite. In that case, your accommodation costs will not be refunded.
  6. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, unusable pitches, government measures, etc.), the reservation will be cancelled and only the advance payment will be refunded.
  7. You have reserved for a specific period. If you leave earlier or arrive later, you are still required to pay for the entire reserved period.
  8. Requests for extension must be made at the reception no later than the day of arrival.

Rental Accommodations

  1. After confirmation, please transfer half of the rental amount plus €10 reservation costs to our bank account as a deposit (the account number will be provided in the confirmation). (If you book within 14 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid as a deposit.)
  2. The remaining rental amount must be paid 14 days before arrival. You may also transfer the full amount to our account in advance.
  3. Your reservation is only valid after receipt of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Please read more below about cancellation insurance.
  4. Rental accommodations are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you have not arrived on that day and have not informed us otherwise, the reservation and deposit will be forfeited. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the chalet by 10:00 AM.
  5. Failure to comply with the campsite rules or misconduct may result in your removal from the campsite. In that case, your accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Cancellation Insurance

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. This is not travel insurance for your personal belongings, but insurance that covers your accommodation costs in many situations such as illness, certain changes in employment or residence, pregnancy, death in the immediate family, and so on.

The premium is 5.5% of the rental amount, plus policy costs of €3.50 and 21% insurance tax.

In the event of cancellation, the guest shall pay compensation to the campsite. This compensation amounts to:

  • For cancellation more than 365 days before the start date: 15% of the agreed price.
  • For cancellation within 90 days before the start date: 50% of the agreed price.
  • For cancellation within 60 days before the start date: 75% of the agreed price.
  • For cancellation within 30 days before the start date: 90% of the agreed price.
  • For cancellation on the start date or later: 100% of the agreed price.
